What you get

We show up when we say we will.
We are locals, so we are familiar with the turf types, soil types and climate tendencies in our area.
Our technicians are consistent, meaning they learn your property and its specific needs.
We build trust with our clients so they don't have to wonder or worry about their lawn anymore.
What we do
GLS Turf is a lawn care service based in Lexington, South Carolina, covering twelve towns across the Midlands. We treat warm-season lawns (Bermuda, Zoysia, Centipede and St. Augustine) in Lexington, Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, Cayce, West Columbia, Gilbert, Blythewood, Forest Acres, Batesburg-Leesville, Prosperity and Newberry, in neighborhoods from Governors Grant and Golden Hills here in town to Shandon and Heathwood on the Columbia side.
The 7-Step Lawn Program is the core of what we do. Seven visits across the year cover seasonal fertilization plus weed control on both ends: pre-emergent before weeds germinate, and treatment for the weeds that come up anyway. The visits are spaced to follow how warm-season grass actually grows here, which is why feeding starts after the lawn greens up on its own rather than on a fixed calendar date.
Insects, fungus, core aeration and soil work sit outside the program and are quoted separately, but we inspect for them at every visit and tell you if we see something starting. For a quote, send us the property address and we measure your turf square footage with an online tool, so the number reflects your actual lawn rather than a guess. Most quotes go out within a few hours and none later than the next business day.
